These terms govern use of SpareSwing - the websites and applications at spareswing.com and platform.spareswing.com - operated by Intelligent Data Decisions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, d/b/a SpareSwing ("SpareSwing," "we," "us"). By using SpareSwing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SpareSwing is an activity platform for private clubs. Members post spare time, find playing partners, and organize outings across their club's amenities; clubs manage rosters, schedules, and engagement. Access as a member comes through a participating club.
You sign in with a verified account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Club admins may manage roster entries, including approving, suspending, or removing memberships at their club.
SpareSwing is a platform your club offers; it does not replace your club's own rules, tee sheets, or booking systems. Court, lane, and tee reservations are made with your club - SpareSwing organizes the people, not the facility booking. Your club membership itself is between you and your club; SpareSwing is not a party to it.
Content you add (photos, profile answers, messages, postings) remains yours. You grant SpareSwing the license needed to display it within the service - your profile to your club community, your postings to fellow members - and you confirm you have the right to share what you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Clubs and club organizations - not individual members - pay for SpareSwing, on the pricing published at spareswing.com/pricing.html. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions include a free trial, renew automatically, and can be canceled anytime, with service continuing through the paid period. If a club's subscription lapses, access for that club's members is suspended until it is restored.
Alerts are optional and controlled from your Profile. Text alerts require opting in with your mobile number; message frequency varies with club activity, message and data rates may apply, and you can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP or turning the setting off. SpareSwing is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that every posting finds players, or the conduct of members or clubs. Weather information is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpareSwing's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount the relevant club paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using SpareSwing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Your club may remove or suspend your roster entry under its own rules. Sections that by their nature should survive (6, 9, 10, 12) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
