Who pays - the club or the members?
The club. SpareSwing is a club amenity: one flat subscription covers everyone, and members never pay anything.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 30 days are free. Checkout collects a card, but the first charge only happens when the trial ends - cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do we pay, and is it secure?
Payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout - card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. You'll receive a receipt by email for every payment.
Can we cancel or change our plan?
Anytime. Manage your subscription, update your card, or cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal - email us and we'll send your club's portal link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic. Stripe retries the card and emails your billing contact. If payment still hasn't gone through after 30 days, the club's access is paused until billing is sorted out.
Does the price change as our club grows?
No. The rate is flat whether 40 members use SpareSwing or 400 - and whether they play one amenity or all of them.
Which amenities does the subscription include?
All of them. Golf, courts, pool, and social are part of the flat rate - your club chooses which to turn on, and can add more anytime at no extra cost.
